My little Mozart
Well, it finally arrived! And everyone is excited about it! It is quite an upgrade from the little Casio keyboard, so it will take a little adjustment, but I suppose we will manage somehow.

She is as cute as a button, and she love's her auntie the best!
GOTH GIRL
The newest addition to the superhero role call. She'll save the world from the threat of being smothered by too much chocolate by devouring it at superhuman speed!

"Look, there in the sky...it's a bird...it's a plane...NO! It's...it's Goth Girl! Come to save us all from another bowl of chocolate cake with chocolate icecream smothered in chocolate syrup! Hey Goth Girl, love the cape!"

"If You Tape It Out, It Will Come"
We have implemented the technique made famous by that old baseball movie with Kevin Costner. This is not hockey goal, though Steve and Christopher have been using it like that since the Stanley Cup finals have begun. It is where our new piano will reside...once we make our final decision on which one.

In excited anticipation I just signed Christopher and myself up for piano lessons starting tomorrow! We don't have a piano yet, but we'll just use the keyboard that we have until we get a real piano.
Steve's grandparents gave Steve bonds for a piano when Christopher was born to buy a piano for him when he is old enough. Christopher became interested in the piano after watching this year's American Idol contestant, Scott, since he too was homeschooled.
Hopefully this is not just a whim, but the start of a life long love for music.
